When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with the shower, a great view was ready. All of the staff was helpful and excellent. Also, location was good, at walking distance from a showcase museum. The hotel was a fantastic base for enjoying an exceptional area.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, staff were incredible and the location was stunning down the restaurant. I was upgraded to a beautiful a double room with a great view. The room had central heating, a safe and multi-channel television plus smoke detectors, provided for safety measures. Location: the property was just off town centre, downtown and Austin. Had some takeout meals at Jimmy John's, set right by the hotel, I couldn't resist...

The vibe when you step off the elevator is truly wonderful. The front desk team was not only friendly, but also incredibly knowledgeable about Things to do in Austin. They even surprised us with a bottle of wine, rose petals, chocolates, and a handwritten note for our anniversary! The rooftop bar had amazing mixologists with so much energy. The drinks were delicious and the view was fantastic. The room was well set up with a great view and I loved the interior design, especially the built-ins and fixtures. The record idea was also a perfect touch to set the mood. I had a wonderful time thanks to the amazing staff and their attentiveness.
The only drawback was that the gym was small and only had Peloton bikes. Additionally, the location was a little far from the town center, requiring transportation.

The vinyl player in the room was a unique touch, and being able to borrow extra vinyls like in a library was a fun experience. The gym had 2 Peloton bikes, which was a big plus for me. The rooftop pool was a great spot to relax during the day. The location of the hotel was also convenient.
I would have loved to have a mini-fridge in the room for storing drinks and snacks. The overnight parking fee of $32/day seemed a bit steep.
